Bulb

We’re developing an inspiring climate-focused project in Texas centered around creating a public educational space built from bio-based materials like mycelium biobricks.
The vision is for the structure itself to embody the values it teaches, integrating sustainable energy systems such as solar power while creating an immersive environment where people can learn about climate solutions, resilience, and regenerative design.
The installation is intended to have a life beyond the exhibit itself, transitioning into a other community-serving structure before eventually decomposing naturally at the end of its useful life.

SHANNON HALL
FOUNDER & CEO
A Senior Post Producer & Editor with 10 years leading design, animation, and editorial teams through high-stakes projects — from brand identity campaigns to documentary and docuseries. Shannon specializes in the full post production pipeline: building workflows, managing budgets & schedules, translating client vision, and delivering polished final cuts, all while keeping teams motivated and on track. Recent work includes leading post production on the brand identity launch for the American Climate Corps, President Biden’s clean energy workforce initiative, and serving as Post Producer on multiple social justice projects distributed through Hulu, NatGeo, and independent filmmakers. Shannon believes creatives have a responsibility to shed light in dark spaces, unravel truth, and give voice to stories that matter — and that operational clarity is what lets creative instinct flourish.

Patrick Adams
Physicist amd Reseracher
Hello there, I’m physicist who is deeply passionate about the intersection of green technology, human health, and electrification of transport. I care deeply about making a difference and impact in our community. During the pandemic I was motivated by the struggles and harm we all witnessed to start working in the biotech industry. Today I’m proud of the lab work I’ve done to enable the development of new drugs and clinical trials. I’ve joined the climate base community because it’s time to focus on the most pressing issue in our society. I’m here to learn about and connect with others about how we transition away from a fossil fuel-based economy to something more sustainable and equitable. Climate change is perhaps the greatest threat to human and environmental health, greater than any pandemic or disease. I’ve had the privilege of working on a broad set of research projects, ranging from the cosmological origins or our universe to probing the neural circuits of fruit flies to building and testing my own electronics from scratch. I’m grateful for this diverse experience and I’m here to apply my knowledge of energy and electronics to solving the climate crisis. While I’m not thinking about how to save our planet, I enjoy growing rare species of tropical orchids and repairing old electronics in my spare time.
